Entries received after the deadline (April 2nd 4PM EST) will be placed on a waiting list. **The player gift is a unisex sized cotton garment and should be ordered using the men's sizing scale. We recommend ordering 1 size larger than usual to permit for shrinkage after the first wash.

**Note: In the event that player B’s payment hasn’t been received by the deadline for the 2010 Canadian Doubles Championship, Player A will be charged for his partners entry fee.
