How to Enter

All entries will be submitted by Squash Canada

Entry Fee

$504 (includes HST) per 3 member team. An additional $110 (includes HST) is required if a 4th member attends.

Entry Deadline

December 7, 2012, 5:00pm Eastern Time

Entry Package 

Daily soups and sandwiches available to all competitors at the club. Welcome Thursday evening wine and cheese event, Friday night pizza and refreshments. Saturday dinner at Vista 18 with draw prizes. Towel Souvenier and goody bag. 

Playing Schedule

Dependant on number of entrants.

Policies and Regulations

 

Eyeguards

Eyeguards are mandatory for all participants. Please consult Squash Canada's Eyeguard Policy for the list of approved models

Athlete Eligibility

In order to represent a Provincial/Territorial Squash Association a competitor must be:

 
• A member in good standing of the respective Provincial/Territorial Squash Association and Squash Canada.
 
Notwithstanding a competitor may be a member in good standing with their respective Provincial/Territorial Squash Association and Squash Canada, where a competitor is subject to a sanction imposed by the Host Club, Squash Canada shall respect that sanction, including any sanction which may preclude the person from entering the premises and thus participating in the Championships, provided the sanction was imposed using fair procedures.  Specifically, the sanctioned person must have been informed by the Host Cub of the nature of the infraction and have been given an opportunity to provide information concerning the incident prior to the sanction being imposed.
 
• Be a Canadian citizen, landed immigrant, or have resided continuously in Canada for one (1) year immediately preceding the Championships 
 
• Have been resident in the province/territory that they are representing for a minimum of ninety (90) days immediately preceding the Championships,
or
 
• If a competitor is in full-time attendance at a university or college, or if a competitor has temporarily relocated to a training centre outside their home province, the competitor may compete for either their home Provincial/Territorial Squash Association or resident Provincial/Territorial Squash Association.
 
 
Provincial/Territorial Squash Associations may adopt further eligibility requirements in addition to the Squash Canada requirements.
