Congrats to the  new reigning, first time ever, champions of the 2018 Open Mixed Doubles Champs - the Jay Gillespie Trophy, Granite Club’s STEPHANIE EDMISON & ARJUN GUPTA in a dramatic nail biting epic 5th game, facing 4 match balls against them, they miraculously came back and stole it from the Canadian record holder, 8-time Open Mixed Doubles Champ Stephanie Hewitt and her partner, 2015 Open Mixed Doubles Champ, Will Mariani. [9 (8) (6) 11, 14].

After the Open finals saturday evening, the fans at the Parkway were not sure the action could get much better, but the sunday finals did not disappoint! There was SERIOUSLY no lack of talent this weekend as rubber burned the walls of Mayfair Parkway on Super Sunday at the 2019 Hennessy & Hinchcliffe Canadian Mixed Doubles Squash Championships at Mayfair Parkway. More than any club in Canada, Parkway members seriously know how to genuinely embrace, heckle and/or applaud the talent.  Clearly this weekend, most teams were evenly matched stretching dramatic decisions to five setters
