Squash Canada Announces Partnership with Squash Republic

Ottawa, ON (September 11, 2020) -- Squash Canada is pleased to announce that Squash Republic, a Canadian company specializing in graphic design and original squash apparel, will be partnering with the organization in support of our Female Engagement and Gender Equity Program.

In the fall of 2019, Squash Canada embarked on a goal to enhance female participation and leadership in Canadian squash.  With the help of Squash Republic and other funding initiatives, Squash Canada’s long-term efforts towards gender equity in squash will be well supported.

Squash Republic will be providing their expertise in graphic design services, including posters, banners, flyers, logotypes, infographics, and other promotional and educational artwork.

Squash Republic is a proudly Canadian company, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Robert Pacey, a graphic designer and squash player, launched the company in 1999 after noticing a lack of squash-specific clothing. Since its establishment, Squash Republic has worked in collaboration with associations such as the PSA and NY:Squash and has created graphic design materials for events around the world.

“I’m honoured and excited to partner up with Squash Canada to help grow the number of women playing squash both nationally and internationally,” says Robert, founder of Squash Republic. “The Female Engagement and Gender Equity Program is an opportunity for me personally to give back to the amazing women that taught me the game.”
