Canada’s 150th birthday is a perfect opportunity to celebrate all that makes us Canadian. From tobogganing and snowshoeing to hockey and squash, physical activity has always been an integral part of life in Canada. That’s why ParticipACTION is encouraging everyone to get active with the ParticipACTION 150 Play List — a challenge to try out 150 unique activities that define us as a nation.
