Mr. Gwadry is based in Vancouver and comes to the service of the national association, having been a member of the Squash BC Board and a senior executive within corporate Canada. During his career, Mr. Gwadry has held leadership roles in Strategy and has served in Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles within North America and internationally, where he has played an integral role in scaling organizations. Mr. Gwadry has also served on several Not-for-Profit boards during his career. He holds a BBA (in Finance and Accounting) from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, where he was a member of the varsity tennis team, as well as an MBA (in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance) from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He and his wife both play squash and their two children are talented junior players.
