SCS-Mentor-Hopton

Sarah grew up playing squash at her local club with her brother and sister. She was introduced to the sport through her parents, who played in university. Growing up, Sarah’s love for the game developed at junior tournaments where she was able to travel nationally and internationally. Some of Sarah’s mentors include Ben Hatcher, Rob Brooks, the Sachvie family, Al Cook, David Heath, Mike Way and Jaime Nichols. Sarah enjoys competing and the camaraderie that exists among players. One of her favourite aspects of the game is the close friendships she made at a young age that still exist today!
