Squash Canada Reveals Team for the 2025 Pan American Senior Squash Championships

The eight athletes competing in the 2025 FPS Pan American Senior Squash Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil have been named. The tournament, which will take place from August 21 to 27, will see Hollie Naughton, Nicole Bunyan, Niki Shemirani, and Nikki Todd competing in the women’s division while Connor Turk, Karim Michael, Liam Marrison and Salah Eltorgman will represent Team Canada in the men’s division. Leading Team Canada is coach Victoria Lust, supported by team chiropractor Dr. Tim Marshall.

Naughton (Ontario), currently ranked World No. 31 and a five-time Canadian National Champion, will headline the women’s team at this year’s Pan American Championship. Joining her is Bunyan (British Columbia), ranked No. 57 on the PSA Tour, the reigning 2025 Canadian National Champion. Also competing is Todd (Saskatchewan), a multiple-time Canadian Doubles National Champion, currently ranked No.5 on the SDA Tour, along with Shemirani (Ontario), a 2025 Canadian Nationals semi-finalist who will be making her Pan American debut.

On the men’s side, Turk (Alberta), World No. 160 and a 2025 Canadian Nationals semi-finalist, will represent Canada alongside Michael (Quebec), the bronze medallist at the 2025 Nationals and currently ranked World No. 152. Rounding out the squad are Marrison (Ontario), the reigning Canadian National Champion and World No. 147, and Eltorgman (Ontario), World No. 99 and the 2025 Canadian Nationals silver medallist.
