Mr. Ferguson is based in Toronto and joins the board with a background of enjoying the sport of squash and serving the squash community. Mr. Ferguson has prior experience in the treasurer role at not-for-profit organizations, serving as treasurer for the Ontario Squash Doubles League since 2018 and also as treasurer for the Ontario chapter of the Jesters Club of Canada, an organization dedicated to the development and promotion of the game of squash. Mr. Ferguson is a Chartered Professional Accountant and received his designation in 1987. He started his career in audit and, since 1989, he has specialized in forensic and investigative accounting. He graduated with a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta in 1984 with a major in accounting. He continues to play singles and doubles squash, tennis, golf, is an avid downhill skier, trail runner and can be found on his yoga mat virtually every morning.
