Team Canada wins 2-1 over Wales
Danielle Letourneau bt Lowri Roberts: 3-0 (11-3, 11-3, 11-8) – in 17 min
Samantha Cornett bt Hannah Davies: 3-0 (11-9, 11-5, 11-6) – in 23 min
Tesni Evans bt Hollie Naughton: 3-2 (10-12, 7-11, 11-3, 11-4, 11-2)
Great team effort today. Obviously slightly different pressures being the favourites. Sam and Danielle played good controlled squash against their younger opponents and were able to dictate the speed of the rallies.
Hollie started off in magnificent form to rave into a 2-0lead. Tesni then mixed things up a little and fought back to take the next 3.
Overall a good preparation for the U.S. Tomorrow where we will all need our a game.
