Why I Love Playing Professional Squash for Canada: Representing Canada at major teams events is an amazing, unique challenge but generally speaking I play for myself on the Pro tour. I would say the only reason I play is for myself, which keeps me hungry for more competition at the end of the day.

Nick Sachvie

Nick Sachvie (26) joined the tour in 2009 and won his first tour title in 2016 at the Minneapolis Open. Sachvie was the runner-up at this year’s National Championship, which automatically secured his spot on the Canadian Squad for the 2018 Senior Pan Ams in Grand Cayman. Sachvie is currently ranked #98 on the tour and last November reached his career high of #64. He attended Cornell University studying communications and playing on the men's squash team from 2010-2014.
