What’s the Big Deal about the Open?
Hosting for over ten years, the Club at White Oaks is one of the premier facilities for hosting squash events in the world. With the hotel adjoined, meal hall, social events, there’s always a real player and parent buzz.
Each year registration grows and the event is becoming more popular with international competitors. Last year 21 different countries from around the world were represented making up more than a third of the total participants that competed.
The event timing precedes the US Junior Open (Dec.17-20), attracting overseas players allowing them to fit two major junior events in one trip. The CJO is a WSF World Junior Circuit event enabling U19 players to accumulate ranking points and is also a registered junior event with the PSA, enabling U19 players who are PSA members to accumulate PSA ranking points.
