To all members of the squash community across Canada,
Squash Canada is committed to improving the diversity of participants in the game of squash and to creating an inclusive environment that embraces and empowers full engagement by all in the sport. To get there, we need input from the Canadian squash community: current and past players, coaches, officials, volunteers and anyone else involved in squash.
Squash Canada is working with Quorus Consulting Group, a Canadian public opinion research company, to conduct the 2021 National Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey – the first of its kind in our sport. The results from this survey will inform strategies and action steps on how to create and support an enhanced culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization and sport.
The data collected includes private and sensitive information. Answer to the best of your abilities knowing that your responses will remain anonymous and that the data will remain confidential. Your identity will be further safeguarded by grouping your responses with those of other respondents when reporting results.
How to participate
The survey can be completed online and will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes of your time, depending on how much feedback you have. If you cannot complete the entire survey in one session, you will have the option to save your progress and have a unique link sent to you to continue the survey from the point where you left off.
IMPORTANT: If you are 15 years of age or younger, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to complete this survey.
DEADLINE: Please submit your completed questionnaire by no later than midnight (EST) on May 16, 2021.
