Hosted at the Toronto Cricket Club from April 4 to 7, the 2024 Canadian Doubles Championships presented by Slaight Music and Ridley Windows and Doors was a smashing success. With 17 divisions, including the inaugural Men’s A division, over 300 participants converged in Toronto for a weekend of food, drinks, social events, and squash.
“It was the best-run Canadian Doubles Nationals ever,” exclaimed Robin Clarke, Tournament Chair. “The spectators and participants had a blast, the food and beverage was really amazing and each night we had over 200+ spectators in the stadium gallery watching some of the best squash doubles in the world. It really had a wonderful doubles community feel.”
Squash Canada would like to thank the title sponsors Slaight Music and Ridley Windows and Doors for their support of the event, as well as Robin Clarke and Pat Richardson for their efforts and roles as Host Organizing Committee. Squash Canada would also like to thank Mark Warren as Tournament Referee, those that officiated over the weekend, the volunteers, the spectators, and the participants. Without your participation and support, there would be no Canadian Doubles Championship.
