As junior athletes begin their seasons, 17 athletes from across the country have been named to the 2026 – 2027 Junior National Squad: Angela Hong (BC), Daniel Wang (BC), Fangda Cui (ON), Hasti Shemirani (ON), Isita Paneri (BC), Jack Chen (ON), Joelle Kim (BC), Lyvia Han (ON), Malika Markman (BC), Navin Kerr (ON), Obie Ryding (ON), Olivia Bolger (ON), Omar Dweek (AB), Sasha Lee (ON), Shaan Jolly (ON), Veera Dhaliwal (BC) and Yusuf Matti Alvarez (BC).
The Junior National Squad supports athletes who have progressed through provincial pathways and are competing at the national level and beyond, helping them prepare for the demands of high-level junior competition in Canada and internationally.
