Squash Canada Guide: National Championships Bidding Process 2024-2026

Please read this Guide thoroughly and provide all necessary documents as outlined below. Bid submissions with missing or incomplete documentation will not be considered. The Squash Canada Hosting Standards can be reviewed here. (Please note the Hosting Standards are currently under review and are subject to change.)

The National Championships that are available for bid are:

  • Canadian Master’s Team Championship (Sanction fee $350)
    • 2024: January 26-28
    • 2025: January 24-26
    • 2026: January 23-25
  • Canadian Men’s and Women’s Team Championship (Sanction fee $350)
    • 2024: January 19-21
    • 2025: January 17-19
    • 2026: January 16-18
  • Canadian University and College Championship (Sanction fee $350)
    • 2024: March 1-3
    • 2025: March 7-9
    • 2026: March 6-8
  • Canadian Mixed Doubles Championship (Sanction fee $350)
    • 2024: March 1-3
    • 2025: March 7-9
    • 2026: March 6-8
  • Canadian Doubles Championship (Sanction fee $500)
    • 2024: April 5-7
    • 2025: April 4-6
    • 2026: April 10-12

Please submit a new bid package for each desired National Championship.

The following documents are to be completed and returned. You may download and edit for your convenience.

Additionally, please submit with the above documents the following supporting letters:

  • Letter of Endorsement from P/T Member Association – Example
  • Letter of Support from Club General Manager/Owner – Example
  • Letter of Intent from Tournament Chair/Squash Pro – Example

The final bid package should be submitted to Squash Canada Chief Operating Officer Geoffrey Johnson, at geoff.johnson@squash.ca by no later than Monday, July3, 2023.
