Canadian Juniors to Compete in 2024 British Junior Open

Starting the New Year off with a bang, over 30 Canadians comprised of juniors and coaches, have landed in Birmingham, England for the 2024 British Junior Open which will run from January 3 to 7. The BJO will be hosted out of the University of Birmingham, Solihull Arden Club, West Warwickshire Sports Club, and Edgbaston Priory Club. 

“The prestigious British Junior Open is one of the pinnacles of a squash player’s junior career, and an important athlete development experience.,” said Squash Canada’s Manager of Athlete Development, Samantha Cornett. “It is a place to prove yourself as the world’s best and to challenge the world’s best and learn. Squash Canada is thrilled to have our talented Canadian players competing with top coaches supporting them in Birmingham. We are cheering from home and will be following your results. “
