The spotlight will return to one of the world’s most striking squash venues this October, as the 2025 Canadian Women’s Open takes over the iconic Allen Lambert Galleria in Brookfield Place from October 25 – 30. Planted beneath soaring glass arches, the Jonathon Power Court will serve as centre stage for world class talent.
Following a landmark year in 2024, the Canadian Women’s Open returns to the 2025 – 2026 calendar as a PSA Silver event and is accompanied by a PSA Men’s Copper event. Last year’s action culminated in two thrilling finals in front of a packed crowd; World No. 5 Tinne Gilis (BEL) battled World No. 10 and reigning champion, Amanda Sobhy (USA) in a marquee women’s final, while World No. 16 Leonel Cárdenas (MEX) edged out World No. 21 Baptiste Masotti (FRA).
Although the draw does not close until early September, the Canadian Women’s Open directly follows the U.S. Open (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), positioned to attract a strong field of players already competing on the North American circuit.
Squash Canada extends our sincere thanks to our Platinum Partners, AirSprint Private Aviation, Altas Partners, Brookfield Properties, Connor, Clark, & Lunn Private Capital, Dunlop, Oxford Properties, Slaight Music, the Government of Canada, and our many Gold and Silver corporate partners for their continued support of this premier event.
