CANADIAN PRIDE AT PRESTIGIOUS BRITISH JUNIOR OPEN

    OTTAWA, ON, January 8, 2019 – After five days of high-pressure junior squash the 2019 Dunlop British Junior Open held in Birmingham, England ended with the Canadian squad coming home with valuable experience against some of the world’s brightest junior stars.

    OTTAWA, ON, January 8, 2019 – After five days of high-pressure junior squash the 2019 Dunlop British Junior Open held in Birmingham, England ended with the Canadian squad coming home with valuable experience against some of the world’s brightest junior stars.

    Leading the charge was Malak Eltorgman (Girls U15) who placed 18th in a draw of 64 and capped off a solid trip overseas after capturing the Scottish Junior Open crown a week earlier.  On the boy’s side, George Crowne finished 10th out of close to 100 boys in the U19 draw.  In addition, Jacob Marrison finished 13th in Boys U13 and Abdelrahman Dweek finished 12th in Boys U17.
