Squash Canada Amends its COVID-19 Vaccination and Masking Policy

In light of most provincial governments lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, Squash Canada has amended its COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.

Beginning on April 1, 2022 Squash Canada will continue to encourage but no longer require coaches, officials, volunteers, supporters, spectators, media, etc. at its events to provide proof of vaccination or to wear a mask on-site as a condition of entry.  For safety reasons, given their close proximity and high exhalation rate, athletes aged 12 years and older, will still be required to be double vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the event.

Any supplementary restrictions, requirements and safety measures of the applicable provincial government, public health authority and the host facility will still be in effect.

Vaccination requirements will continue to apply to Squash Canada staff in attendance.

See the amended policy HERE.

Squash Canada will continue to monitor developments on a month to month basis and as May and June national championships approach.
